A Yoga Retreat in the heart of Athens
Athens is a modern metropolis with an impressive past and a rich history that boasts more than 250 days of sunlight a year. With so many sights and attractions, monuments, museums, flavours and fragrances, you’ll only want to extend your holidays here.
Stay in the heart of Athens

Offer yourself a luxurious living ambience right in the center of Athens in a beautiful villa of 350 square meters, only a 10’ walk from the city center and it’s most important sites.
Balance your body and mind

Our daily morning yoga practices will bring harmony to your body, mind and emotional state.
Your teacher is an experienced yoga instructor who will make sure that the practice is accessible to everyone and can be applied on and off the mat.
Enjoy delicious food

Healthy and delicious meals stand at the core of our retreats. They are made with seasonal, fresh and organic materials and suit a vegetarian diet; other food requirements are met upon request.
The food you will enjoy will release the toxins from your body and allow you to feel lighter, with improved mood and higher energy levels.
Large breakfast buffet and lunch with several courses are served. Detox tea and coffee are always available throughout the retreat.
Taste the wines of one of the world’s oldest grapevine plantations

Did you know that Athens is the only European capital where vineyards and wineries lie so close to its city center?

Let the aroma and sweet euphoria of wine take you through a memorable wine route in one of the world’s oldest grapevine plantations as we visit two top-class Greek wineries to learn more about the vineyards of Attica and taste its great wines.
Visit one of the earliest and most revered sanctuaries of Attica

Live the myth up close, as we head off to the Archaeological Site of Vravrona, an area with lush green fields, vineyards and olive trees, to visit the Sanctuary of the Brauronian Artemis, protector of hunters, animals and human birth.
Embark on an ethereal journey to Cape Sounio, a place of myths and legends

When you get to the Temple of Poseidon, situated at the top of the cliff at Cape Sounion, you leave the crowds behind and become one with the Gods. Made entirely of white marble, it was erected during the 5th century BC to honour Poseidon, god of the sea.
Walk through history on the Sacred Rock of the Acropolis

Learn about the significance of ancient Athens with a visit to the archaeological area of the Acropolis, accompanied by a private tour guide. Delve deeper into the Parthenon’s colorful past through stories about its famed pediments and adornments.
